Typically includes rice fried with ketchup, sausages, sunny-side up eggs, a drumstick and some veggies.

it’s pretty rough for me, My tastes excuse savory.
“american fried rice” is very sweet, and they use chopped up hot dogs, not sausages.

Kinda makes me think of Filipino spaghetti. Banana ketchup and hotdogs! Actually not as bad as it sounds.

The only acceptable place for ketchup is on French-fries or hash-browns, and maybe on a burger if sliced tomato isn’t available.
Even then, I hate to think about all the goddamned added sugar!!

I think they have this in a Thai cookbook I have. The guy called it 'strip club fried rice" iirc
