
I meant to get a similar amount of protein you need to consume more vegan food, especially calorie rich ones, most restaurants that I’ve seen when they have comparable items the vegan one had way more calories.
Sure, but optimizing for protein isn’t the best methodology. I guess if you’re determined to max protein, meat is a better source. But if you want a better and more rounded diet, especially one low in saturated fats and high in fiber, the vegetarian (or even reduced meat) pathway is much better. Doubly so if you’re concerned about heart disease, colon cancer, or any of the side effects of eating too much protein.

Or, you know, you’d end up dead on your doorstep for trying to invoke your 2nd amendment to the fucking cops. That’s a good way to end up getting a Darwin award.
