In one hand…

In one hand…

Which ones are those?

That’s what I do. Used it to replace a shitty boss and then use it to make my work easier. My new boss is so high up in the clouds he has no idea how much work I actually do and how long it takes, as long as whatever they want eventually gets done.
Microsoft is frantically trying to resurrect the Aero Glass theme.

There are a lot of positions that don’t work directly for the government that still require an sf86. Many of them are considered critical workers or in many of the cases contractors have the funds sitting in the Treasury or with their company and continue to get paid even if there is a shutdown.
Even funnier is now many contractors factor in government shutdowns into the total cost of the contract so the work can continue while the government is shutdown.

If filling out the sf86 is the hardest part of your job then you probably deserve to be working at Starbucks.

It reports that the AI detects and fixes IAM permission errors instantly, rebuilds broken VPC or subnet configs, and rolls back failed Lambda deployments without human input
I’m sorry but if the majority of your DevOps work was that then you deserved to get replaced with AI.

That and backwards compatibility for Win7 & Win10. Shares of those OSs have gone up and several application developers have announced continued support or are advocating for unlocking/keeping secure those OSs.

Microsoft account log in required.
Shhhh, no one tell them there is a free way without a Microsoft account.

requires a victim to first install a malicious app
Let me stop you right there… and leave.

Damn that makes a lot of sense. Thx!

Like, every search engine would yield the exact same results. It doesn’t mean the average person would have the means or necessary requirements to develop it.
Do these morons think that because someone uses ChatGPT it magically gives access to those materials to make a bomb?

This is probably the start of our residential electricity being throttled and have to pay a premium for what little we use just like internet data caps. Meanwhile inefficient data centers, lights on 24/7 at corporate headquarters and giant art displays guzzling electricity won’t even be considered for the chopping block.

Knowing the way our country is going I would expect in the end workers will have to pay an AI tax on their income and most workers will start working 50 hours a week.

Imagine being so stupid that you think Pornhub is the only place to get porn.

It’s the payment processors people should be going after. Valve has some blame but to lose an entire form of payment for the vast majority of nonNSFW games on a platform is a huge deal.

As is tradition.

Nintendo going to sue them too?
Aaand I’m out. It looked fun until I got to all the work I would need to do.
