I don’t think there’s any edit. All the quotes feature the “obvious plant” logo.. So it’s probably just part of the prank
Now I’m not sure, but I think it’s an edit because the font and punctuation of Catherine’s quote is completely different from Dylan’s. It looks like someone copypasted his signature as her quote.
I’ve seen this picture like 10 times, and I only just noticed that it’s a picture of a computer screen. Is this from a video game?
Okay, this goes a step further. Someone snapped a photo of the original joke on their computer, which explains the scanlines, and then put a white box around the image. What an odd thing to do.

I used to put boxes around my memes, which was the style at the time.
Anybody know what the original text was? No 8 year old kid would say something like this.
The whole thing is fake. Search for “obvious plant.” They make funny fake products and ads and flyers and polls, etc
