An investigation by journalists working with Republik magazine may have struck a nerve by suggesting the company has failed in Switzerland

By swiss law the subject of reporting has a right to rebuttal, but palantir insisted on a big set of points not covered in the article being published by the collective of journalists and they refused. They said the lawsuit was more about the narrative of failure, palantir was courting the swiss since covid with 9 high profile meetings and failed to get any contracts. The evil bastards narrative they seem to enjoy, the failure narrative not so much.

Here’s the link to the a different article from the Republic on a similar topic, it’s accountwalled/paywalled but you can read the first paragraph or two (in German).

          https://www.republik.ch/2026/03/19/schweizer-konzerne-finanzieren-palantirs-ueberwachungs-software

Articles like this are what puts a media source’s homepage in my bookmarks.

Your link is not the article in question. It’s https://www.republik.ch/2025/12/08/wie-hartnaeckig-palantir-die-schweiz-umwarb which is linked in OP article as well.
