That was kept in the public sector, and managed a bit better

Every country is funded by oil. It’s a great boost to industrialization, since the barrier to entry, technology wize, is much lower. We wouldn’t be where we are without using oil. Fortunately we’ve come to a point now where oil isn’t as needed as it used to, and so we start shifting away from it for certain stuff.
