They used vinegar. And the peroxide is probably 3% max. Okay plan, poor execution. This will do nothing.

they probably don’t want to be accountable for serious damage claims. They do it for people’s attention. To materially disrupt data center construction you need a lot more than a single action

You can get 10% hydrogen peroxide and 32% acetic acid over the counter, so that’s probably what they used

Here is some 40 volume hair bleach, which is 12% peroxide. I am fairly certain you can get higher too. Incidentally this is good for retro-brighting.

In the case of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, you get peracetic acid, which is even more corrosive than either.
