You should create one. I’m not aware of any that exist that fit that description. I’d be happy to participate.
It’s fertile ground for discussion when a specific tech or ecosystem isn’t being talked about but rather concepts in technology that are gaining traction. For example, one I’ve seen on here mentioned quite a bit is “concatenative programming”. Other topics could be immutability or nondeterminism.
