        Yeah that’s why EU should take a cut of that profit because is behaving in bad faith. Governments allow this, why?

              Your point seems to be that the fine is about two days profit.

              If you did something illegal and got fined two days pay for it, that would probably get your attention. You might think twice before doing the thing again. If not, the EU can fine them a larger amount next time.

                The EU can do a lot more than fine them. With the whole USB-C port issue the EU threatened to straight up ban all Apple products from being sold in the EU. That’s a hit Apple won’t be willing to pay.
