Most of that oxygen has been around I would think, but I guess some atoms would’ve come from recent micrometeorites or whatever.

Ah yeah, my comment was caveated as such, because I assumed those bacteria to have mostly gotten there via food. Then again, no idea if any even survive going through the stomach acid…

I don’t think so, more like you are built of nutrients you get from food you eat so technically you are the food you ate.
