This. I’ve been told for years to sit with my back straight, everything at 90 degrees (elbows, knees) while working. A lot of hernia problems. Eventually went to a physio, told me it’s BS. My hernia nerve was inflamed, had to do some light exercise to get it fixed, then he told me “just sit comfortably, and change positions often”. No problem since.
Sitting straight as an I for hours is not good at all actually !
