The European ww2 Nazi’s was kept ‘alive and well’ by the western plutocracies them selves - for ‘later use’, so they were shipped to Canada and other nations, while 3-letter agencies in the West kept organizing these extremists. Later, this is what happened in Ukraine. The West propagandized locals for nationalism+Russia hate, organized all the nazis in the well-known ukrainian groups, couped the nation in 14 - Maidan, and that led to the whole disaster in ukraine, and now the rest of the world.
