Do they just off gas the shit and not reclaim and recycle as much as they can? Feels like an open loop system on a dwindling resource. Fucking capitalism brain strikes again.
And yes, I understand there are complexities in even just storing gasses like hydrogen and helium.

It’s because Iran bombed the Qatari LNG facilities which produces 1/3 of the world’s helium.
