• It’s both, a crater and a mountain. But, when somebody aims to investigate it, the quantum function collapses to either solution. The last time, it happened to be a crater.

  • I believe it is the ‘far side of the moon’. The moon is tidally locked to the earth so we only ever see one face frome here. But it does receive light regularly as it orbits the earth.

    • It’s called ‘dark’ because radio signals from earth can’t reach there and visa versa
