Not based on trusting me lol. Imagine if the DPRK waited to start their nuclear program. There would be this song and dance about them being a threat to the entire world. Thankfully, they didn’t act bashful about it like Iran, and their nukes keep them safe. One less conflict in the global periphery, for now that is!
