Not fully bc Loops does not quite federate yet. Check out [email protected] and as the note says, best viewed from a Tesseract UI, like in your case https://t.lemmy.dbzer0.com/c/[email protected] .
But mostly people are waiting on Loops to catch up on its development to do more with it.
Requires registration. Also, are there no other instances of it? Also also, what protocol does it use?
It uses activitypub, the same as Pixelfed. It is the same creator afterall. AFAIK, it is not yet federated. It ask for registration because it is pretty much in open beta right now. No other fediverse alternatives for Tiktok except that.

Loops is still in beta, so there’s no other instances yet, but it’s gonna use ActivityPub like everyone else does so it can federate with Pixelfed (and probs mastodon). Also, like 90% of Fediverse instances require registration, usually to prevent spam and other crazy shit (CSAM, literal gore, etc.) from being posted. Just gonna have to wait a bit.
