It’s not about it being confusing, everything is only displayed to at most one decimal place. If the number is 99.95 or higher it is 100 at that precision.

  All diagrams must have at least one computer generated element.

  Post titles must describe the data plainly without using sensationalized headlines. Clickbait posts will be removed.

  Posts involving American Politics, or contentious topics in American media, are permissible only on Thursdays (ET).
