I’ve been trying to leave Adobe for over a decade.
As bad as their management is, their engineers are very good. Nobody is even half way to replacing Photoshop or Lightroom.
I switched from Lightroom to RawTherapee to Darktable about a year ago. It took a while to get used to it, both because of it’s complexity and the lack of easily findable tutorials, but I’ve actually found Darktable to be more powerful than Lightroom terms of photo editing. It’s definitely harder to do very quick edits, but after getting used to it, I feel like the level of control it gives makes me think more about editing choices in a way I enjoy, although I’m not a professional
