Wtf is this?? Are you the disabled person in question? Yes, you will go to jail. Being disabled doesn’t play any factor in your sentencing.
Also, don’t post about stuff online or search things before you do them. Super rookie mistake. Just put this idea to bed please.

Yes hiring a hitman is a crime. I met a single bed-bound person in jail, so it can happen. It’s really just extra tortuous, because they received no extra level of care over any other inmate in there that I saw. They weren’t given any accommodations to be able to socialize with others, go outside, a tablet, anything. They could probably get house arrest approved if they could afford the home care, but I’d guess it would come with extra requirements like not being allowed to associate with anyone in their gang.

19 daysThey would still get jail just for getting caught planning it. Conspiracy to commit murder is a crime.
Committing murder is a crime.
Convincing other people to murder is a crime. All of the things associated with murder is a crime, and it does not matter what your circumstances are, you would still go to jail. If Stephen Hawkings had done any of the things you’re talking about and got caught, they would have put him in jail.
