    I can only imagine what Central Park land is worth. Of course, a big part of its value is that it’s a park.

      Well the row of apartments along the edge of it is called billionaires row, so I’m pretty sure it’s high.

          Actually billionaires’ row is a different thing, Millionaires’ row are those giant mansions and billionaires’ row are those super skinny skyscrapers. Not sure if it’s called that from the ground floor up or whether it starts at a certain floor though. Also not sure if they’re on the same side of the park. Would be funny though, if Millionaires’ row was in front of billionaires’ row and it would only be the floors above the Millionaires’ row roofs.

      And think about the pollen! And the insects! As well as the other nasty animals living there… A data center solves all the problems! Also: free heating during winter! All the area surrounding it will be enjoying a comfortable temperature during winter! No more subzero temps in January!
