I think this is not a showerthought. There are plenty of casual conversation communities where people will be happy to see this and give you their opinions. This community has a different purpose
Thanks for those! Clear as day.
I am a vagina owner from birth, I never imagined the toilet bowl shape would pose an issue to penis owners. From reading your comment I’m still unsure of which toilet bowls you’re talking about, I would appreciate if you (or anyone, really) could point to images of both so I, and potentially others, can compare. TIA
Wild tangerine? Am I on the right track here? Zany Apples?
I can’t speak much about the recipes because I’m not much into cooking, I’ve seen several of his books and I didn’t find them particularly anything. As for his personality, he seems like a nice guy as far as I’ve seen, with reservations since I’m not a fan or a follower.
TLDR: * Shrugs * eh
Are you hitting up on someone at a pub/bar? Just initiate conversation and focus on the person you want. You can exchange details with both and then follow up with your interest. And if you like both and A doesn’t engage, you now have B too.
Welcome to Lemmy, I guess?
FB: I gradually felt more bored with it, so I started to log in less frequently. I think I haven’t logged in for at least five years, but I had already stopped using it regularly about a decade ago.
Twitter: As above, but the toxicity of the environment was what pushed me away.
YouTube: Newpipe. I only log in when I really, really really need to message someone on the platform or if I need to upload content (like once in a year or less).
Reddit: the API change, although I have logged in a couple times last year to ask things we don’t have active communities for here. Niche stuff.
Deviantart: their Eclipse “upgrade”, which trashed all the search system and the way art circulated.
Oh so this is their business model now, interesting.
Many big studios use linux (red hat or rocky, although I’m not sure what is the industry standard distro nowadays) for their 3d side of the pipeline, that would include all of that software and more. I think Zbrush is the only one that doesn’t have official Linux compatibility and the hardest one to run, but don’t quote me on that.
You are right in that finding good support for issues that pop up in Linux is hard, especially for the average joe that doesn’t have a team of specialized IT support. But when you make things work, the results are way more efficient.
Not a showerthought, this community could really improve its moderation. I volunteer if you’re short on mods
… You’re wrong :)
