No this only prohobits having pets that smoke cigarettes etc. while they are not wearing any socks or shoes.

Usually when I want to bring my barefoot smoking dog with me I just say they’re no sign I can’t bring him, but we’d be so screwed here

It’s gross, a lot of people consider it straight up unsanitary. Aside from allowing your skin to be as dirty as the bottom of a shoe the chance that you harm yourself by cutting or damaging your foot on their property is way higher, most places aren’t baby proofed for people who want to go shoeless

Is this a person smoking bare foot pets? Bare footed Pets smoking…cigs or smoking from heat? And doing this whilst building? Like building a wall or in a building.
