7 hours*Alleged serial killer. He was murdered before confessing or being convicted of the other murders.

Hitler was alleged to commit genocide, he killed himself before confessing or being convicted of the murders.
I get what you are saying about lacking the link to the murders, which is accurate. Saying somebody isn’t something unless they have been tried and convicted is a bit high of a bar when they die before that could happen.
In this case you are right, it is more accurate to say Ángel Díaz Balbín was suspected of being a serial killer based on his prior conviction which is true.

That’s like saying gravity isn’t actually gravity and didn’t do gravity things unless a scientist tests it exhaustively and then says “gravity exists.”
Anyone can see gravity does indeed exist and does gravity things, it’s the extent of the properties of gravity that need to be left to the experts.
Hitler did genocide. No question.
How much did he genocide? Quite a lot, but we don’t have precise numbers.
So yes, Hitler did do genocidal things regardless of whether or not he had a court convict him of those things, and no, we don’t need “allegedly” as pedantry or exploiting an irrelevant technicality.

Your mistake was using “Hitler” and “allegedly”, an incredibly poor choice.
The rest of your argument is plausible.

The Nuremberg trials were all about deciding whether Hitler had committed genocide

Some of the most prominent Nazis—Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler, and Joseph Goebbels—had committed suicide and therefore could not be tried.

4 hoursThere is direct evidence to support hitler commiting genocide, so we don’t need to convict him.

Now, on the psychologist’s wikipedia page it actually says he’s a comedian amd artist too. He seems to have made a side hustle talking about and celebrating his extrajudicial execution of Angel Diaz II, which is very 2026 coded, but somewhat more understandable. (Think about the Hawk Tuah lady for instance)
Also had his own website: https://web.archive.org/web/20150401172623/http://mariopoggi.blogspot.com/

While strangling him, Poggi mocked and insulted Díaz Balbín, telling him that he would never hurt anyone anymore because he [Poggi] was going to kill him.

6 hoursso it’s okay to kill people so long as you just accuse them of some terrible crime first?

It’s actually crazy that you call that a hero and many people seem to agree with you. He was already apprehended and no danger to anyone anymore. You especially left out in your quote that the psychologist forced him to get naked and got naked himself before the strangling. The psychologist is not much better than the serial killer imo.

He was already apprehended and no danger to anyone anymore.
So it’s okay to commit crimes if you call “Time Out!” By the time the police show up?
He was already apprehended and no danger to anyone anymore.
The Psychologist needed to force a comfession out of him to imprison him, and he couldn’t. The killer had been released once before, prematurely, and was taking advantage of a weak and underdeveloped judicial system.

Since he never confessed and they didn’t have enough evidence to prove he’d murdered anyone other than the original 3 he’d served his time for, I think he should be called an “alleged” serial killer. The article even mentions other murders while he was jailed, and possible SS tactics during interrogation. Poggi’s starting to look like just another bad cop to me.
Are we 100% sure of Poggi’s whereabouts during the murders? Strangling your patsy and getting a light sentence would be a nifty tactic…
