Is it necesary to create another account with a NSFW instance to watch NSFW content?

I was seeking information about how to watch NSFW content on Lemmy,but i was looking who i can not watch NSFW even if i have the NSFW option unlucked. What do i have to do? Is it necesary to have one? What are some NSFW instances in Lemmy?
