This account is an alt of mine that don’t openly associate with my usual Fedi accounts to stay more discrete. Here, I am “just some dude”.
I checked that FanVue link and the site tells me she would be 9 miles away from where they think I am based on geo-ip. So that would be somewher in NL, DE or Belgium depending on direction and on how accurate that number of miles is. So definitely not in the States. And on her Fanvue profile pic she also seems older than 18/19.

Then I guess it is something that that (shady?) website is doing, lol. That is, act like they use your location to tell how far away the person on the account is, but not really. 😆
