The years where, those young people turn 30, or whatever is the retirement age in your country, with no retirement plans, no cash, no future ahead… After you turn 30, the chances of bearing a child with a disability increase significantly, and as someone whose little brother has Down Syndrome, we have to help him with a lot, like cleaning him, keeping an eye on him while he eats so he does not choke on food because his tongue is always out, he cannot speak or express himself very well, so, sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s wrong or if someone did something to him… This life, this challenge I have dealt with as a brother, is something that would easily push so many to commit suicide.
