I had something similar happen in Plasma 6.1 and 6.2. After I turned off the dccutils support in powerdevil, I have not had the issue since. My desktop is not a laptop, so it’s always powered, same with screen, so I don’t need fancy power profiles.
If firefox is still in /usr/lib64/firefox, then it should still be there. Maybe just the .desktop file is removed?
The about page says it started as a one-developer team, but is now expanding. They mention both a US and a UK postal address.
I’m on the latest episode now. Boy, the first couple of episode was rough, audio wise. Much better in the later ones. Do you ever plan on having guests or even co-hosts on the show?
I like when there is banter and discussion between people on podcasts. Makes it feel more organic. :)

You might already have thought of this, but if this is open to anyone on the internet, expect lots of spam links to be posted there.
Beats me then. Network wise an external Wifi should follow the same rules as an external cellular connection.
In that case, are you sure the VPN is actually on, when on cellular?
While most have examples in their readme’s on Docker hub and Github, not all of them do, so I sometimes have to hunt down an example buried in their git repo somewhere. So a searchable page for popular self-hosted app docker compose files would be welcome.
I don’t think I’ve seen such a page anywhere else.
Hadn’t heard about this podcast before. Seems like short monthly episodes with about 4 in the backlog. Subscribed to see how I like it.
The easiest is probably a motion/presence sensor. When there is no movement, turn off the lights. When there is movement, turn the lights on, if it’s dark.

KDE is officially a community dedicated to developing FOSS software. It’s legally represented by the KDE e.V. and the KDE Free Qt Foundation. The latter is to ensure that the dual-licensed Qt software used by KDE stays open source.
KDE Plasma is the desktop environment made by KDE. It’s sometimes called just KDE because, duh, it shorter. The apps included in Plasma are also made by the KDE (also see KDE Gear).
There’s the KDE Frameworks, built on top of Qt.
Plasma mobile is a distribution for mobile devices.
KDE Neon is a “distribution” showcasing the lastest KDE software.

Yeah, sounds like you need to configure the base-url of ntfy.
This release is less of a priority to me.
I don’t use AI stuff or Voice stuff in my setup and most of the additions, fixes and improvements are related to those two.
More backup options is cool, although I only use local backups anyway.
I run a script each week that updates docker images and restarts containers. And also every week I run a system update command and reboot the server afterwards.
You shouldn’t run a server, if you don’t have to time to maintain it.
yeah, €1500 for an i7 with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD is just a bit too high compared to a ThinkPad that runs linux pretty well. :D
Didn’t know about this vendor.
Looking at their page the prces look a bit steep for me.
Suicide Linux.
