rclone does support other protocols besides S3. You can also selfhost your own S3 storage.

I think Forgejo is a community-driven fork of Gitea. Gitea development is still active.

The author had problems with a copyright claim with the name Hoarder unfortunately.

Offline support is planned but not supported yet according to the website.

I’m really enjoying Karakeep, but I never used Pocket so I don’t know how they compare.
