I’ve gone back to reddit a few times from searches, and after spending time away it is really apparent how negative most of the comments over there are.
For example, anytime someone asks for help, someone always has to show up and get angry that they didn’t search instead of asking. Then a third person shows up and says that a search brought them to this thread… and no one ever answers the question. Thanks reddit!
I saw one of these arrangements from Dad earlier, started writing a comment then decided better.
Yes, this is definitely odd.

Quad9 (9.9.9.9) is my go to.
This tool is great for figuring out which one is the fastest for you: https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm
Posts and comments are on the rise!
(although the posts are all coming from like 3 people)
Am I confused, or is that link not a forum?
Don’t worry, people can change.
Trust me, I used to be a huge piece of shit
Backing in implies the spot is behind you. If there is someone following you and you decided to drive past a parking spot, stop, switch to reverse, then maybe park in one smooth motion (but also maybe not), they are going to have to back up to get out of your way, then wait while you definitely park slower than someone who is driving forward.
So… no, not a skill issue.
Because it takes longer to back in than to back out? Read the article that someone else linked
If you don’t have to do it for a valid reason (safety), I’d say you are pretty much just inconveniencing everyone around you.
Adobe signed me up for a “trial” over the phone, which they then ended up trying to charge me to get out of.
I ended up just blocking their payment and never heard anything else about it. Fuck Adobe, they are in contention for shittiest company in my eyes.
TIL… what a fucking douche
I’m not trans, but having support from managers while going through hard things has absolutely been helpful for me in the past. I’d guess it likely varies from person to person… but overall I don’t think knowing your manager has your back is a bad thing.
How is that legal, completely insane
