1. Workers strike until the company is bankrupt.
2. Workers or other investors buy up factory at a discount
3. Same workers come back and get the wages they deserve under new company

For other things, Amazon is just paying a higher price for the goods due to tariffs, but they are not the one paying the tariffs and thus could not be the one to refund them.
