It’s nice to see this case being brought.
I hope it ends up doing something for the insane hardware costs. If nothing else, I’d hope that the old production lines can be stood up by other companies if Hynix and Micron can’t be arsed to continue.
This also applies for some single-player games as well. I’m 48 and I had to “git gud” on Expedition 33 in order to progress - learning how to time parries is pretty critical for getting through the tougher fights.
