It also put Sainz in the top 10 in the Drivers championship. So both Williams drivers are in the top half in the Drivers Championship, and Williams as a team is in the top half in the Constructors championship. I love how great they are doing this year, especially when they are running their 2024 car!!

Alex and Carlos are great. I enjoy them both. The Team Torque videos they do are great and they seem to be very good teammates.
I also chalk a lot of it up to Vowles pushing the team forward. I’m always impressed when I hear him speak and the depth of knowledge he can bring to bear, but also how level-headed he always seems to be. It’s a great atmosphere to improve the team’s offering and give confidence to the drivers, especially for two that have been unceremoniously booted from a previous team.

Yeah Vowels is a great team principal. He was a physicist, is data driven, was there during the Jenson Button era etc. absolutely love what Williams has accomplished this year.

Didnt know that - maybe Ferrari should’ve done the same :/. Great result for the team, great to see Williams back in the mix - best of the rest.

Current evidence shows Ferrari would have been better with their 2024 driver lineup.

Worth acknowledging that Carlos has largely eclipsed Alex in the latter half of this season. Really showing his quality after a difficult start, and I’m happy for him.

5th in Constructors!.. unbelievable
I am extra happy because I think Ferrari was ultra shitty by shoving Sainz aside. I was skeptical when Sainz ended up with Williams, I was hoping he would land a mid-fielder team but I am happy to be proven wrong here. For a moment, I was hoping Stroll would finally step aside for Sainz and Alonso for form the Spanish Armada!
