Was really random, hit me like a freight train. I have the bad habit of basically viewing her profile regularly, weekly for the past few years. Suddenly got locked out of it. Idk how to feel when to me it wasn’t just a crush. It was the perfect person.

There is no perfect person. We’re all just varying degrees of compatible. Once a certain threshold of compatibility is reached, you can call someone “perfect” or “soulmate”, but the reality is that it’s just the first person like that you met. If you met another person with that threshold of compatibility, that one would’ve been “perfect”.

There are so many people in the world with which you could be so compatible with to call them “perfect”, that we usually find them within a few months/years within any given area. That is only possible if there are very many “perfect” people in the world for you, otherwise most people would never find their “perfect” person, as the chance would be too low to meet them.

As such, move on from this person and find your next “perfect” person, maybe this time try one that wants to be associated with you :D

    Next.

    Life goes on.

I don’t mean to sound callous, but all we can do is choose our own thoughts and actions.

What was your relationship with her exactly? I’m not gonna cast much judgement on you but… youre 22. Little old to be worrying about highschool crushes.
