Barely standing awake at 10 fighting to keep your eyes open when you finally go to bed? Wide awake at 1 in the morning. Browsing the internet at midnight because you are clearly not tired? You open your eyes and it’s mid afternoon.

We’re just mobile plants, turns out, after months without the sun, your body just like… doesn’t do as well. You get more easily depressed, sleep changes, and even diet problems tend to creep in.
