We created and are developing an archive to document, archive, and expose the crimes of ICE.

Fantastic project, but this is the wrong community to post it in; the rules of the community clearly state that “a post must be (or contain) a qualifying data visualization.”
It’s a great initiative, but I don’t think it qualifies as ‘dataisbeautiful’ without some sort of graphic beyond the website itself.
I think you need to make it more visual. Perhaps show most recent videos on the front page. Ordinary people will not click around and search.
When someone goes to the web page, they should immediately get a video showing ice doing what it does. Think YouTube shorts, make it easy to see all their behavior.
