It feels like this is very intense here compared to other social media services/protocols.

Why is that?

Idk why, probably emotional reasons stemming from their biology, it’s just what I’ve seen. They are afraid of being alone in their convictions even if they’re right so they let them go, or they’re not brave enough to analyse something in earnest in case the result doesn’t please them, or they simply don’t care about all this nonsense and just wanna have a good time so intellectual exploration is disregarded. And so they’ll just ride the wave, since “everyone else” is in it so it must be safe, it must be right, right? And sometimes they’re right but if you’re a postmodern, nihilistic, amoral Westerner, for example, that wave will kill you.

Yeah this is a ridiculous take. You are just describing how different people operate in a society and then ascribing gender to it. Your anecdotal experience is not representative of reality at large.

What is representative then? Do you have some studies to share that contradict my lived experience? I’ve lived in three different countries, two different continents, for over 30 years, and that’s what reality has shown me. Of course, exceptions to generalisations always exist (Francesca Albanese and Greta, for example), but the norm remains. Bear in mind I’m not criticising women. If anything, I’m absolving them of criticism.

All of it! I don’t see why describing a facet of women as I have perceived it to be means I also hate them. People are different, and men and women are very different.

Yes saying that women are inherently worse at expressing their opinions or being independent thinkers by implying they just go along with the consensus in whatever group they are in is fucked up and sexist and you should be ashamed of having that opinion. It’s disgusting.
