The awful Trump branding might be laser engraved in America.
Everything else is guaranteed made in Taiwan or china. The US was just barely getting its semiconductor industry back under Biden.
If these things ever ship, I can’t wait for someone to crack one open just to find a bunch of Chinese parts.

I’m in favor of anything that makes these dipshits more conspicuous. Trump bumper sticker? There’s no way I’m pulling over to help you if you’re stuck on the side of the road. MAGA hat? Then I don’t have a problem saying no to their perfectly reasonable request.
These people are helping destroy my country, and the Constitution. By continuing to display this propaganda, they’re telling everyone that they’re proud of it. I’ll let them pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

That’s also how you know it’s a cheap chinese phone lol, because all the high end flagships don’t have headphone jacks (other than Sony I suppose).

Maybe it’s a Samsung phone and a “Made in USA” sticker, shipped in as components and stuck together in the USA, thus fulfilling both “designed” and “made” in USA even though there are some foreign-made components (2). Then onshore those components bit by bit until the process is complete.

It absolutely won’t be. Best case It’ll be a white label from local Chinese brands like Oppo, worst case – a no-name company selling 150$ phones on alibaba. I’d put my money on the latter, the margins will be much better.

He ripped off the font, and some are saying it’s a slightly tweaked REVVL 7 Pro 5G, which is a midrange Chinese phone T-Mobile already sells for $170 with a T on the back. Trump’s T is a bit bigger. Would be fun to see T-Mobile take legal action…
