Sure, anything that’s warmer than absolute zero radiates on the electromagnetic spectrum. The hotter something is the stonger the radiation. Since most living things heat up (dome through actual self-heating, others through movement and other processes), pretty much every living thing counts as bioluminescent.
Since humans have roughly 37°C core temperature, they mostly glow on the infrared spectrum.
