For a phone? Waistband tuck in the bikini bridge gets me by most of the time. But really, the solution for me is just keep some gym shorts handy.

But then you would have to lose the pockets on your pants! You would have to replace pants pockets with pass-through holes, so you could actually access the boxer pockets.
